Please talk me about proficiencies)
Can i up all proficiencies?or i must choose some three ?
and give a bonus if a one of proficiencies the most higher then all??????
or i can get up all proficiencie?i must choose ???????or i can study all 15 ?
For exemple my highest proficiencies is Hunting & Gathering (85)but i don't see bonus(((i only pick and hunter a higher purity/

There's no cap, but here are the "max" you need for all skills in game:

A&C 3500
C&D 6000
Fa&W 3000
Fr&W 4500
H&N 2500
H&G 2700
L&L 4000
M&M 5000
P&P 3500
S&E 2500
S&C 7500
S&S 3000
T&N 3000
NatP 4500
PerP 1500

However, some proficiencies are useful when boosted even further.

You can increase them with no practical limit (there is probably a technical one maybe at 2 billion or something, way out of reach).
The boni aren't really worth it except Stocks&Cultivars. Usually increases are only good for improving the chance of slotting artifacts.

You can increase them all at once except Perennial Philosophy, which must be increased extra one at a time.
Everything else levels when it reaches its value, i.e. the higher a proficiency the harder to level this skill. The one proficiency where you click the + will level 2 steps, the other you filled one.

H&G is useful for foraging high purity herbs, needed for purity run

also, pretty much all proficiencies are important for slotting artifices

I think you're misunderstanding the proficiencies. It's not a system where you have to pick and choose.

You increase your proficiencies mainly so you can be able to learn new skills. You can raise all the proficiencies as much as you want as long as you have the patience for it because the higher the proficiency gets, the tougher it is to raise.

You can also learn All the skills. You don't have to pick and choose there either.
