Do buildings decay over time?
What about unbuilt buildings? Mine disappeared after a few days being unbuilt

If they are not on your claim they will decay. Building signs will decay as well if they are not on a claim. If you do have a claim and your buildings are still decaying, check the upkeep on the claim stone.
