Its propably another topic about "perm-death" thing, I just start the game. And notice something that kill all my fun from game. Everyone proudly talk about that perm-death as some challange, but this result that people use tons of mules characters. Not so long time ago I seen guy who stand with one rich character, and all the time like some 10x mule character in standard uniform walk to barrel to pick stuff from him. So what sense of this perm-death? Its bit annoying. How to feel into character if people spaming with mules because they only safe bank?
Its my personal opinion but I think game creators should do something with this. Give some limits in any form.

And that's why i'm saying since months that this is a perm-alt-death game.
As there are alts, people circumvent all the risks using those for everything risky.
Not there is much to do to avoid that, sadly.

Mule - in meaning of characters used for "muling", mainly they are default created characters who are use to storage items for main character.

Always game can resign from perm-death thing, so this result that mules will be usuless. And this bring to game more action in PvP where people dont must afraid lost weeks or months of game time. Regular wars between towns for spheres of influence, oh yeah!

So why should this game be made non-permadeath, once again?
And why is alt-vaulting bad in your opinion? You could make use of it as well, of course if you know how to do it.

Personally, I use alt-vaulting as well for my more valuable possessions. For example, I live in a group of pclaims and last week two people adjacent to my place were raided, after which I altvaulted stuff like purity dowsing rods, and my purity seeds.
I guess you *could* use it for safekeeping every single thing you own, but imho the cost and trouble you go through would not be worth safekeeping those dry boards or metal bars.
On another note, this issue has been raised several times already, and I have yet to see a single proposition that would resolve this problem without screwing over players that don't use altvaults.

That's a peculiar jump in logic. There are mules therefore perma-death needs to be removed.
People will still utilize mules to hide gear and valuables from raiders. Unless you removed raiding as well.
Then people would just use mules to grief. I don't think that removing perma death is going to help with alts.

The issue of having alternative accounts will never be done away with. It is too challenging an issue, if it were an issue, which I believe it not to be, to be addressed by Jorb....he will never, ever, address it. Just work it into your game-play repertoire, if you so choose, and move on.

He has actually addressed this. There just isn't much to do about it or he hasn't revealed any idea for it yet

You're quite right in that jorb has addressed this. The statement was that they're not going to do anything about it. It's not "too challenging" to address. It's impossible to prevent everyone from creating more accounts than what is allowed with the resource available to police it, therefore, why should a few willing to or able to spend on proxies and other methods for circumventing the rules get bonuses that the average users won't have access to or would be unwilling to use? Until this game gets more support staff other than the devs, don't expect this to change (and I wouldn't expect it to change if they had a Blizzard sized budget, either, unless hardware/software issues show problems). I don't like it myself as it nerfs the game design too much, but what can I do?
The term we use here is "alt vault" as it implies more than just a mule. The characters are made to BE the storage vault that every other game I have played since 1995 has had. The problem is that if you allow a per character bank, then people make fewer characters but can store as much or more stuff. If you make an account wide bank, fewer characters are made, but more accounts are.
