I love this game, but i have a question.
Is the character will be deleted at the Release or not ?

There are no plans for any wipes at this point. However, Salem is still in development and significant changes could be made that leave no other option. If you want to invest in some silver or other package, I believe that the statement has been anything purchased will be available again after a server wipe.
