Happy Newyear

So how is everyone celebrating tonight? Most of my friends will be out of town so I'm likely just in with the family doing this:

Anyone have anything interesting planned?

Hah, I'm staying home and trying to find a live feed of New Year's festivities online (no cable). I might also be raiding expired camps tonight, but I'm unclear as to when exactly they will expire (tonight? tomorrow night? midnight? time zone?)

Yeah... Was supposed to be similar for me, with all my plans falling through...
Eventually I agreed to babysit my sister, so that parents would let her go on some party with her friends, just to get out of the house. So it seems I'll be on a teenage raving party with bunch of drunk underage girls that will try to rape me. Sounds fun. But I'm never falling for that pickup line again: "Does this rag smell of chlorophorm to you?"

Soooo... Happy New year everyone, whenever you get to that part. I'm just 4 and a half hours away from it.
I used to be a pilgrim like you. Then I took an Indian arrow in the head...

You know, I considered doing something else but in the end... There's nowhere else I'd rather be. My curtains are also shut, and the stale air in my lair sustains me.

Happy to all of us,

Good luck to Salem developers with bringing this game to the top (which I'm highly in doubt in current shape)

Wife and I met on New Year's Eve 5 years ago so this is our 5th Anniversary of meeting. We plan on going to one of the smaller cities nearby (Haven't decided which) and have a nice dinner followed by drinking/dancing/whatever. Two of our adult kids are coming with so it's not that awkward 2 people in some place full of regulars. lol

Sounds cool Pain.
My mom and step dad order chinese food and watch movies every year but I haven't done it with them in maybe 3-4 years so I'll likely just do that for once

We generally do something similar but I just feel like getting out for a change.

Yes, I'm expecting the large Mexican family next door to blast some fireworks, then I will have to close my blinds...
