game is just **** beyond description (every description) only reason i brought it up here is because few days ago it was a topic of conversation among some of us. having extensive experience with darkfall i predicted the sequel game would be pure trash for a variety of reasons. all of those reasons turned out exactly like i said and many more that i didnt predict (such as getting 17 fps on a computer with a 20+ mb connection, 3.5 gig i7 3770, force 3 ssd, 2 gig geforce 620 and 16 gigs of ram)

aside from the standard reasons games suck this one was quite obviously designed to be ported to a moron box (console) at some point just like age of conan and other trashy games were, and as such is so dumbed down that it can not accurately even be called an mmo. pretty bad when the salem combat system is more versatile.

because new games suck so bad i havent played anything more graphically intensive than everquest in years (been nothing but games like this or emulators of old ones for a long time) it runs all of the newest fps games on full settings with no hitches so there is no sense buying a 500 dollar card that will be the 70 dollar card in 6 months when i dont even use the current 70 dollar cards capabilities.

Are you sure you don't have a virus or something ? I'm running an amd quad 4200, 12 gb ram, radeon hd 7850 256bit and never dropped under 30 fps ... and yea the game is pretty bad.

yeah im good on that front, maybe the radeon is newer than the 620? if its slightly newer that might account for the 10 fps difference.

To me it boils down to one question and one question only. What is the death penalty in DF2?
