19 people killed and dozens more wounded in Japan by one nutjob with a knife.
How many times have people said that banning guns will stop mass killings?

While looking up the story I came across one about a man named Chris Pineman who attacked/killed/wounded over 300+ people in a school with a "lung striker" assassin's blade , 4 of them being swat members. (Idk if its a true story or not)
On a side note, I can imagine this guy being Darwoth against a bunch of bad PvP players.

yeah saw that to, deadlier than the majority of mass shootings. in the past few weeks we have seen a truck and an edged weapon be just as lethal in the hands of a mass killer as a firearm, media coverage on the japanese thing has been miniscule compared to the buzz a shooting generates. gee i wonder why.

Yeah it was't done with a gun or by a Muslim so reporting it doesn't advance any big agendas.

The real problem is obviously knives, if people couldn't get access to knives or other sharp objects these types of killing would never happen.

I think claeyt said something awhile back about using a knife for this kind of thing being impossible or some other similar idiotic statement. I dunno, 19 people dead, dozen wounded? Effective enough, and the perp wasn't even that discrete about it.
