On a slightly lighter note

Look at this beautiful chef's knife I bought last weekend. He was out of what I wanted, but it came in the mail today.

According to the seller, it has an HRC 65, which is about the same as D-2, and I'm assured it will chop right through a rabbit and not need sharpening after. I'll let you all know if this is true when I test it.

Is this a trusted seller? It's a common practice to fake forge welding patterns with acid, so you should watch out.
