Is this obtainable while you chip boulders in a mine? Or do you have to be in the light of the moon to get them? I've chipped hundreds of boulders and still haven't gotten on in my mine.

I've only heard of them coming from a mine but I never tried to get them from lime or granite.

I got one chipping regular stones outside, but never from a mine.
