I have lost my unfriend to distant apparitions

The mind is a fabrication of emotions, and emotions are naught but chemicals. Chemicals are defined as such by the mind. Where are we now?

This pointless, minuscule world known as Earth, inside a pointless, minuscule city, containing hundreds, thousands or millions of lives which will leave no lasting impact, passing away the same second they were born in the grand scheme of things.

And you? You're one of them. You have no power over anything. You will never be grand, president, ruler or king. Even if you were to be, what would you do? What COULD you do? Any action performed contributes very slightly to the heat-death of the universe. The more you act, the shorter the life span of the universe becomes. It is a paradox, unable to be solved. You are nothing.

If the universe would be scaled down to the Earth in size, you would be equal in size to a single electron, endlessly seeking significance and purpose. You are so horribly insignificant, yet anything you try to do will only shorten the existence of everything. Ending yourself is the best course of action you can do. It is the most unselfish act you can perform. Everything will exist a little longer if you do so. If you truly wish to prove your benevolence, suicide is the most impactful mark you can leave upon the universe, but even so, you will be forgotten completely, erased from time and space, remembered only by your relatives who will eventually pass away as well. So what will you do?

What do you seek to prove? Your mouth ejects nothing but spiteful malice. Bring a "purposeful" response and I might re-evaluate the existence of all.

You and me both, brother. What would this petty thing we refer to as life be without lies, deceit, violence and death? A horrible, lonely life. Not like life is meaningful in the first place.

Naturally, if you look at life from the perspective of the far side of the universal horizon that is completely unrelated to humanity, you will find no human meaning in it. It follows by definition, and there's nothing more objectively correct about that perspective. How about you define yourself from a human perspective if you want to ascribe meaning to your life instead? Leading a meaningful life as hardly a matter of changing the universe. Start with your local community instead and you might find it more meaningful.

The analogy is flawed and belies your ignorance of the perspective you try to give priority. An electron has no meaningful concept of "size" in the standard model.

Are you trying to get me suicided? Not cool bro. Not cool.
You know the buddha said the same thing. Then he said, "hey dude sit down and think with me, we gotta stop working and go around asking for food, wasting our time here think about death and then accept it when it comes"
And, and! People said that the distance between electrons and nucleus is way bigger than they themselves, so everything is actually "hollowed." come to think about it, our brains will consist of 99 percents "nothing." Mah Gawd! We're all stupid!

Stop. Gaze. Observe your surroundings. What do you see? Pain, suffering, confusion. We all feed on tragedy. Turn on the news. What sells? Theft, deceit, loss, destruction, death. Rent a movie. Same thing. Your assumption in that most of us are stupid is correct. We fight wars over money, attention and power. What we fail to realize is that we are ending the most rare thing there is in the entire universe - life. As rare as it may be, however, does not change the fact that it lacks an inTrinsic value.

It does have a size, no? A size comparable to that of a human in the vast nothingness of the universe. But yes, I do see your point. "Accept life for what it is." An optimistic yet ignorant statement. I do not have anything against someone with that mindset, but I do not agree with it. As previously stated, I find it ignorant. However, I do not intend to take my own life; I'm far too selfish for that. I desire to see what we evolve into. The fact that life is utterly meaningless does not change, however.
