So i'll leave you with that to guess how you unlock it, it's seriously right in front of you, as the stronkest witch in Salem i'm sure my group is the only group to have this fountain as of yet, not to mention the amazing buff it gives...and the debuff it gives to those it's not attuned too

Could you develop more on the buff and debuff it gives? Can pilgrims attune to the fountain or only witches? Is the buff spread thin among all the people attuned to it growing weaker the more attuned to the fountain? Do two fountains confer a more effective buff than one or maybe you can only be attuned to one?
