Salem

Hi there. I play Salem on another account and have pretty much fallen in love with it. I also do music writing as a hobby. Knowing that Salem had a small development team with limited resources, a month or so ago I contacted John about writing a few pieces of music for him for free, and to my surprise, he was pretty open to the idea. So I wrote a few tunes for it, and one will be appearing in the game fairly soon. The other two may not due to coding limitations (they were written for specific circumstances), but we'll see. Either way, I'm definitely going to write a few more for Salem, and I thought I'd release both the song that will be included in Salem and the possibly unused ones for feedback purposes. Nothing but honest criticism, please .

The music I'll be writing will be for Boston and central areas, but who knows where things will go ?

I loved the first song up until the electric guitar. It sounded good, but there's no electricity in Salem Immersion breaking

I think your music sounds great! It has a disharmonious tension to it that is very appropriate for Salem. I just hope that the more "modern" touches can be removed before it is included in the game.

As you already know, I love them, I have had Forests of the new world playing (on repeat) since you sent it to me - so catchy and I enjoy the other two and really look forward to them being polished up and hearing them ingame.
