I 100% agree with you here, but you see community here doesn't like newbies and reason for that is very simple they don't need them (newbies).
In eve there are huge battles, so every ship and canon is a good thing, here 3 characters can destroy whole town, so why to bother with newbies?

I disagree with this I think and from what I have seen from the community "noobies" are welcomed just not by all groups, which as a beta community we should be welcoming everyone with open arms, teaching them the do's and do not's of Salem.

Regardless of content this is in beta as the months/years go by, as this game is developed, content will be released and the immersion of game-play will be even deeper. There just needs to be patience in the community Haven @ world 1 didn't start off with the abundance of content it has now, it wasn't to be expected with Salem's predecessor we shouldn't expect it with Salem either or any game for that matter.

Mine for one and I'm sure in doses many other villages take them in one by one. You say this as though that the community has an extreme hate towards beginners when they just have trust issues.

terraform, use gluttony, build walls and other structures, hunt and gather etc etc

I am looking few very patient and peaceful people from different time zones

Beta is bug testing, when all features should be present in the game. This isn't the case.
The lack of tools may somewhat be related to the lack of players continuing to play, sorry "test" this sandbox game.
