Are we not suppose to be waiting for animals from popham prior to the minecarts arrival ?

Im sure JC said that animals from popham will be required for them.

Thats currently being discussed. No official word of them being required or not.

Given the sluggish advancement, embrace, and overall testing/usage of animals, we have some which were never released to Popham yet. Given the rate of play on Popham at the moment, I would wager that minecarts and their associated method of propulsion will not be released until after Popham has ended.
