You appear to have committed a heresy similar to Arianism, by the way. The stake is over there, you may immolate yourself in repentance.

Forgive me Father, for I have sinned.

Well, Loftar did listen and he did answer our questions. And unlike you I quoted Loftar directly to give everyone a chance to read it rather than using it to spin some propaganda for pitiful reasons like entertainment or self-importance. Chief, you should post your conversations with the developers instead of keeping them all to yourself.

Good to see you again tonight Loftar. Please say nothing at all if you feel that ZtyX is a waste of your time and especially whiny on the forums.

Thanks Loftar for telling me that my efforts are futile. I would be much more upset if you gave no insight, i had finished it over the holidays, and then suddenly released a whole new system. This was the only time in my life i could have the time to complete such a program for which i had great intentions and visions for.

Was fun while it lasted.

Don't give up. What could be better than exploring this new system and having your name on the top of the list stating how to properly use it? You could brand your name into a guide and be remembered for however long this new system last (Wish may be forever.).

Considering it has taken me multiple days to even 65% complete it, and then have the whole thing revamped... i will run out of time soon after the update is released as i go from an 18yo bum who finished school, to moving out and getting a job...
i have no hope, however i cannot bring myself to delete the files. I will see what happens

The Tribe may be willing to financially compensate you for completing this software (with new system and new values) which may give you that extra time you need to not start your job.

Or we may not if that falls under the whole "no RL money for Salem things" rule. I'm not sure. We would need a mod to weigh in on if compensation can be made for 3rd party software that helps Salem community.

How about spend some time polishing the framework and give yourself some tools for better automation, then when the update is released you'll be primed and ready to go with a few adjustments here and there to fill it out. If you give people a way to help you (like post a template for a text file of a certain format that you can import) I'm sure many would, look at all the help folks gave the MM wiki when they posted about it inviting suggestions.
