Actually my point is no one wants to spend hours building layers and layers of walls because that's not fun or creative.
People like to build villages or towns that actually resemble villages or towns. Although the poor siege mechanics mean they will most likely get raided, I for one would rather enjoy the time I spend in a game even if that means some retard who runs around destroying absolutely every object on my claim cuts that time short.
