Yes it is. I don't know many more details than what I laid out though. I say he was "getting kids to dig up obsidian" when what I should have said was "making them do nothing but digging for obsidian." They weren't doing any camp stuff, just slaving away on the shore of the lake digging in the sand. Never got to do the archery, nothing in the craft hall, no ropes course, no swimming or kayaking, no sports, none of the competitions. Just digging for volcanic glass.

Holy **** what a *******. He was running a labor camp with like almost no return. If you are going to force work kids then you need to make it worthwhile.
