Good looking out! Would have totally missed the sale. Always been pretty rogue myself so I'll definitely look into TomE. If it's anything like DCSS I'm sure I'll like it. Also Vulture is on sale as well if you feel really retro.
One game that I found surprisingly fun was Wazhack. The overall presentation is pretty weird but I sunk a lot of hours into it. Might be worth checking out if it's on sale.

Too True! Seen this one before, but still funny.

One RL I had forgotten about earlier I saw listed today was Spelunky. I played it when it first came out and was a shareware style of sales (more or less free). My brother bought it after it came out on the PS3 a few years ago, and said it was largely updated over the free/share version. I'm not sure about the Steam version as haven't bought it myself. It's a great game requiring a good bit of skill and patience to grind through. Nobody is going to grind through it like people used to do with Super Mario Bros. You don't get enough lives and death comes way too easy.

I was hoping Attila would get a 50% or more discount. Not looking good :( Anyone played it? Is it any good?
