Agreed, some people thinks that current mechanic is going to stay forever in game.

For me this proves how broken siege mechanic is, and I am not talking about last big update, but about entire siege system.
Game mechanic shouldn't allow people to use as walls other buildings than walls and braziers!
At same time infrastructure buildings or even fields should be very hard to destroy during single raid.

They placed the house wall early on when even the "mighty tribe" could not break them.

"Early on" being the key phrase here. That was, what, a week and a half into the server?

That gate looks like tissue paper and is the main reason why structure walls don't work.

yeah but they put trees in between the houses and with the new gear trees are absurdly easy to cut down and stumps are nothing to smash making all their houses pointless.

I disagree. I feel that being able to be resourceful and use whatever you can scheme up as a means of defence is one of the parts of the current system that works. Its precisely that amount of creativity passed onto the player by the devs that draws me to this game.

That still doesn't make a house wall a good idea.
