nope. the inactive mods choose who will become one.

Um, thanks for the thought. I think I'm -5 hours here so that's what morning for me. I can see it now... not fully awake... yea not such a good idea. But seriously, I think there are others way more qualified then myself, although it would be nice to have some more women in power.
