On Monday, the Senate Intelligence Committee went to CIA headquarters so as to be shown raw intelligence data concerning their investigation of Russian Intelligence collusion with the Trump campaign. More information will be made available at CIA headquarters Wednesday and will be ongoing.

Today it was revealed,

Carter Page, the person who is increasingly at the center of the Russia/Trump controversy and is suspected of being the contact or one of the contacts possibly receiving information from Russian Intelligence about their Wikileaks email dumps before they became public, had his travel plans to Moscow approved by Trump's first campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski and several others in the campaign. The travel plan to Moscow in early July was 2 weeks before the largest dump of DNC emails by the Russians. Carter Page is set to go before the Senate intelligence committee for the first time on March 20th.

I have no idea what right wing nonsense you're getting your news from right now but the Russian/Trump investigation (and all the parts of it) have been on all 3 national nightly news channels every night since last Wednsesday and before that for the weeks following the Flynn resignation and it has been endlessly covered by the 3 big cable channels (FOX, CNN, MSNBC) and been on the front page of the NY Times and WaPo every single day this last week.

You guys are so ill informed if you think this hasn't been in the news or isn't going to be a story for the next year as it works it's way through congressional investigations. This isn't going away no matter how much you guys say it's nothing.

Michael Chaffetz (R-Utah) head of the oversight committee is saying that there is no evidence of Trump's delusional claim of mass voter fraud and that the Republican congress won't investigate it. So, Trump was lying and has zero evidence of voter fraud. It seems increasingly that Trump is just trying to distract from the Russian investigations by throwing up bizarre charges and tweets.

Yes, I'm aware of what the major news networks have been saying and so far there hasn't been any evidence of any wrongdoing. I do agree that Trump's team is ineffective at proper communications and need to work on that.

There have been studies done on voter fraud. I think it was WaPo that reported on them. The number of illegal immigrants voting is fairly small but a high enough percent to change the result in some elections. It's been shown, for example, that Obamacare would not have successfully passed if a certain D senator had not been elected and the margin of his win was well within the fraud margin.

US and Ukrainian authorities have confirmed that Konstantin Kilimnik, Paul Manafort's old business partner and political connection to pro-Russian Ukrainian groups has been under investigation for his connections to Russian intelligence.

Manafort and Kilimnik had contact multiple times while Manafort was Trump's campaign manager. They ran a Ukrainian equity firm together which was used by Russian oligarchs to funnel money to pro-Russian Ukrainian politicians. Kilimnik just stated that he asked Manafort to change the Republican Platform language concerning Ukraine and Crimea during the Republican national convention. Manafort has repeatedly denied that he did this even though other Republicans on the platform committee have stated he did. Manafort also just admitted that he and Kilimnik talked about the DNC hacks over the phone but denied that they knew that Russia was behind it at the time even though U.S. intelligence had stated it was a possibility before they talked. It's unclear if the FBI or State Department have ongoing investigations of the contact between the 2 or if they recorded the calls between them.

This confirms the portion of the Trump/Russia dossier that stated that there was high level people within the Trump campaign who had contact with pro-Russian business interests and that they softened the Republican platform because of these connections.
