I wonder how people type here. Fingers set on ASDF and JKL; (can't remember if that's how its been taught) for standard typing on a QWERTY keyboard?
I just throw my fingers all over the place. Well, I don't use my left hand for right hand keys but I don't typically use all my fingers for a specific set of keys around them.

I kinda just type with my pointer fingers and flail them around the keyboard, I get 78 wpm

Learning to touch type(google it) will drastically improve scores after a month or so

i doubt any of these scores were achieved with touch typing
What I really want to test someday is changing to DVORAK and evaluating the impact on my typing speed.
I just have to revamp one of my keyboards to a dvorak keyboard and get started (I learned to type QWERTY on an AZERTY keyboard but there was a lot of trial and error involved).
