I think that it is a fountain of inspiration regeneration. Expensive construction requires filling with water to obtain a buff.

I'm just rooting for a wardrobe that functions like I want it to: storign and swapping entire equipment sets in one go. If that was the only thing happening in a given month, i'd still be a happy man.
