Holy ****, why is this thread here? No really, this is just a ***** of trolling. If you're a girl in an online multiplayer game and you broadcast that you WILL get extra attention because of the nature of the majority of male players, they're escapists. That doesn't mean it's okay, but it is what you make of it.

Pro-tip : Don't let on that you're a girl and you won't be given extra attention.
On that note, why would you need to even hint at being girl in the first place?

You don't need to, but you should be able to without having to be harrassed for it. Sometimes, you don't even think about it you just do it, like when one chooses a feminine forum name such as "SarahK"

Just be careful I guess? In that particular case you could, at-least when it comes to Salem, make a new account. I'll say it again though, I don't see why anyone would ever need to claim that their gender is x or y and by extension that makes it insignificant.

Who cares what people say on the internet anyways? Nobody can prove they are a man or woman anyways.

You're totally right. Hitler should also receive incredible respect for being brave enough to share his unpopular beliefs too. Specifically given that he was born racially inferior and was STILL brave enough to be in favour of eugenics. Let's be honest though, some of Jorbs opinions are VERY extreme and simply cannot garner any respect from me ... I mean, beyond being an animalistic, god-fearing, logic-rejecting, fundamentalist, right-wing christian with intolerant, racist, sexist, anti-progressive undertones, Jorb actually believes that Salem was a good enough idea to stop H&H development for.

Pro-tip: Excessive name-calling only makes the other side look more reasonable. Your spewing of hateful, accusatory language only serves to betray your own bigotry.

Also, why are socialists always so angry? You should learn to calm down and love life a little. Smile every now and then. Maybe buy a stress-ball.

That is not name-calling at all. Those are simple and accurate descriptors of fundamentalist christianity that Jorb has publicly admitted to subscribing to. He has openly agreed with each and every one of those ideologies in this very thread. Perhaps my rhetoric is strong, but it is in no inaccurate.

I'm not unhappy, I just find it beyond repulsive that people are still willing to advocate this way of thinking. I don't think that it's unfair for people with who subscribe to ignorant, evil, oppressive and generally scientifically debunked point of views to be ostracized like this. It's not as though he is just living some kind of unfavorable alternate lifestyle, he is preaching sexism, racism and antiprogression. As I stated earlier in this thread, even in the southern USA people with this stereotypical christian fundie worldview are finally being outted as extremists and treated as such. If you are going to preach hate and inequality, prepare to be treated like a piece of ****.

He didnt exactly preach hate as I see it. He might also be trolling a bit to get reactions. If he meant what he said, he might have made his views extra "pointy" to get the message through.
