impulse and boredom are the main reasons I bought it.
I agree on the lack of pvp penalties, i thought it was full loot, turns out its only tradepacks-full-loot.
Have only played like 6-10 hours so far, so can't tell how endgame stuff is, but the pvp looks fun, even though there's no penalties.
