If true that would mean control over a few areas of the map is vital. If the population ever grows I could see towns attempting to control these areas and shoot anyone on site.


Well salt granite respawn area you can't control )you undarstand this when you will find this area)well/another reason why there not will be any city.
I think it can break spawn this thing/like when you dig and pave or build .

You don't have to control exact spot. A well fortified town with citizens that are known to come out and kill people wandering by is sufficient.
