I made a graph of the brazier damage (assuming the wiki formula is correct), its capped at about 10 BB, i'm not sure if that is per hit or per second.

It was kinda like that in World 3. But since then, anyone with a brickwall is almost invincible. (Ignoring the whole ram glitch thing)
Let me know when it's H&H World 7.

I think you're confused, sir. This is the Salem forums, not the HnH forums. GTFO

Your stuff is just stuff and can always be whipped back together. Most valuable thing u have in game IS your character. If u can build wood fence, dont. Build stone. At least with stone if they want in they need humours high enough tondestroy your wall segment eithout being able to regen stats, ior have help...

From seeing chief's video on bashing nyarl's (I think?) HF base, he could hold out a good, what is it, 60 seconds before having to retreat and rest up?

Im a veteran to H&H, well i say vet... i have played over a few worlds on and off... and spent most of my time farming, building, designing villages/settlements/hermit houses as thats what i enjoy. Ill prob do the same here.

However i dont claim to know how to fight, and i dont think i have actually bothered to kill a bear... Probably never will :)

But its a harsh game, if you dont like the mechanics find like minded people you can play with. I have teamed up with people i ment in world 2 or 3 of haven... and im having a blast, a nice small place with like minded people. If we get pwned, meh... building is fun :)

Oh and if you think this is harsh or hard... go play dwarf fortress, this will appear like EZ mode!

Might i suggest claiming your land ASAP and building in the most deserted place you can find. It will give you time to build up a lot of defenses and then when people do discover you, you might be able to defend yourself.

Salem is a harsh game. If you can survive the first week then you've done well.

I think the main problem is mindset. People think this is farmville. It is not. Your base WILL be broken into, you WILL have things stolen. You may very well be murdered if u are not careful. These are the harsh facts of this game, and imo the things that make it great!
