We're trying to fix it. ***** GoDaddy is the worst bunch of morons I have ever spoken to. We might end up having to switch hosting services. I'm really sorry about the pain in the ass guys.

Moving is more then likely your best option. There is so excuse for them not being able to see a issue and fixing it.

Seeing as how the Wiki isn't actually down but only unreachable to a subset of people, that doesn't seem particularly likely.

I different browser does not make a website up.

TOR will bonce you around the globe so the host can't discriminate against you base on your location.

hmm, not really, it should be as easy as taking a backup & restoring the backup on the new host.

I've moved many sites to a new host in my life and never had an issue.
