professional wrestling is stupid and muhammad ali was an america hating, draft dodging, race baiting muslim piece of **** that never once had a respectful thing to say about anyone other than himself that as with most modern day black american "heroes" was anything but when judged on the content of his character instead of the revisionist tripe you hear about him. i suspect a big part of his enduring popularity is that he punched himself retarded and has not said more than 5 words in a sentence in the past 25 years.

I tuned right out of pro wrestling after working for a few years in it. Ever hear that saying "Dont meet your heroes"? im pretty sure it came from wrestling. 90% of them are a pack of jackholes that I couldnt get away from fast enough.

Did you know; in the wrestling industry, a person who believes the wrestling is real is called "the mark."
"Blading" or "juicing" is the act of cutting oneself during a match to make it look the wrestler was actually injured in the ring. In british wrestling this is called "claret."
A "jobber" is someone who routinely loses to other wrestlers to prop them up and give them legitimacy.
A "potato" is a (usually accidental) real hit to the head. Hitting the deliverer of a "potato" in the head is called a "receipt."

I thought Muhammad Ali was already dead.

wrestling is awesome for little kids and their dads to go to together though, i remember seeing the undertaker for the first time at the capital center when i was like 5 or some **** and it was like.... OH MAN!!

but nowdays you have grown ass men on sherdog type websites having "fight" breakdowns or a bunch of late 20s drunken yahoos screaming at the tv about how soandso broke soandsos spleen like a real life mortal combat match, and their actually serious, ***** retards lol.

my first live wrestling event, back in the day when they still did "house shows" I saw the undertaker vs Brett Hart, it was unreal, that guy is a monster. but yeah, unfortunately the entire state of the business has deteriorated over the years and now it's just boring no matter how you look at it. Although my kids thought I was a god, going in the locker rooms and hanging out with whatever big named talent that particular federation had for the night. More often than not, it was a huge letdown.

Never got to meet the Hulkster. the closest I got from that era were Virgil, Jim Neihart, Nicholi Volkov, and Jerry Lawler. most of which were *****, Virgil especially. amazingly alot of those old guys that are still alive, still do local shows and arent that expensive to rent. I think Al Snow came out here for $200 + travel expenses, and that was during his time on tough enough. Hogan is probably less expensive now that he got that lawsuit money
