Nothing, as long as you don't feed them after midnight or get water on them.

They hop around looking adorable. You can pick them up again, don't have to fight them like grown turkeys.

You don't have to, but god help you if you try.

For those keeping with the original story the turkey deaths continue, Javier Bardem the Third is alive and well and I'm having omlettes every day in my part to prevent the turkey apocalypse.
