Raonoke Abandoned Claim with townhouse and stuffs need help.

I found this abandoned camp. It's huge and have a nice wall and things in it..

But its starting to decay, it would be nice if anyone maintaned it. I just dont want it to go to waste.

It got ore smelter before and 2 town house now just 1. And 2 turkeycoops and more.. Now this is all waht is left..

But it is still a great start.. it even has a shed

Wow really great place. Much bigger than my home.
I thought first it would be a little bit rude to take over such a big claim but when it decays it is a long time abandoned or?
I would like to claim this place for my new homestead when you want to tell me where it is.

Since it looks there are no gates on the right side in the picture, this claim has probably been raided at some point. Might be risky to settle there, but you can always try.

Also moving this to CoaH, as it's not about recruiting people, really

Oh i didnt thought about that, thats right. Maybe for the beginning its safer to stay at my home.
My little House doesnt locks so profitable for raiders and i know the most of my neighbors.

Hm, I hadn't opened the full image. It's doable I suppose, just risky. Leaving scents while living in this base is suicide though
