May I suggest that you make a list to exclude people who visit the login page, so you don't spend a big part of your budget advertising to the already converted?

I saw an ad for salem on a random website that I don't recall at the moment.

Edit: but it wasn't game related, so my guess is paradox has started running re-targeting ads.
