Hopefully never, cos that would mean the end of updates, and updates are sooooo cool

It's an MMO. MMOs never sit still and will always keep changing. If they don't, they're dead and just waiting to be closed down.
I believe TotalyMoo was trying to get the estimated release date on Paradox's website updated, but I haven't checked to see if it was moved.
