Gluttony above 250

Ok so i don't know if anyone want to discuss any good strategies at higher levels of humours but im really having a hard time advancing.
i did everything in the game and got bored and thought lets see how high u can actually get.
when i reached around 250 i thought its enough,pusched everything into yellow and black that i thought was easiest to 283 yellow and 274 black.
now i wanted to push it abit more but my blood is stuck at 248 and phelgm at 251, as i pushed yellow to 283 its very very very hard to advance.
ive mostly eaten high purity food mixing 2-3 diffrent of them but the blood and phelgm has really been a pain taking extreme time as i never really found any good blood food.
is there any good mixes of blood/phelgm food out there ive missed?

how much damage are you thrusting for at 283 yellow?

and doubt there is any special tricks to balance your stats other than simply eating more food

Take a look at high purity mercury aspen, might be good to fill that open spot for blood

Never bothered to count/check other attacks with different yb through.
