Justice for claim squatter

So, one day I was just traipsing along, just returning from a quick forage trip, when I stumbled over some trespassing evidence in my main player claim. From scattered clues I picked up here and there, I managed to figure out it was former Arcadia member, Sipo, who had come and made himself at home at my place.
It's not that I don't like the guy, but there are limits to my hospitality, so I pieced together a plan to take my revenge on him. While he was still nowhere to be found, I quickly built a couple of torchposts around the place, and planted some poisoned food and drinks. It didn't take long for me to meet with success, and the next time I checked the place out, I found the culprit knocked out near stuff he obviously couldn't take. I quickly meted out the appropriate justice, and looted his hat. After that, I had pity on him and sent him home, as his F&F debuff from the poisoned stuff seemed to be taking a toll still I pieced together afterwards that he had invited judaism to join him on the raid, but that he got lost along the way and ended up not coming at all.
