Fine Pantaloons are cheaper than the alternative you gave.

Plymouth Frock is also a cheaper 4 slots coat

And I forgot to say that a Serpent's Cape is 4 slots (as the Whishpoosh one) and easier to have the materials since it's pretty easy to kill 10 Quetzcoalts with their headdress having near 200 YB - at no permadeath risk.

Admirals is worth the money in my opinion. The actual cost is more like below tho.

Alchemist's Robes are still cheaper with the March Hare tail usually at 1.5k and 3 glass panes for buttons is 750s. 80 x 6 = 480.
Soo, a grand cheaper than the Admiral's Uniform.
