Only over "wires" ie phone, internet, etc. It's not so much stopped at the player level, but rather at the bank level when a person tries to cash out their account. NCAA related: Ohio State had a amazing 1st half then didn't want the win. Was fairly pissed when I saw that they let their tempo down because I had them winning. Big upset with villanova. I picked them to lose cept not the right team to lose too =/
