God, I hope not. As much as I love my children, I don't think I want to experience pregnancy and childbirth.
Besides, it really wouldn't be a surprise, then, as you'd have planned out some way of carrying a child. (Like it's a huge surprise when you... nevermind, probably too mature for a pg-13 audience.)
