if you want to make massive amounts of players come to the game claeyt all you have to do is go to the message boards of large pvp guilds, UO stratics, the ipyuo emulator, the shadowbane emulator, and the darkfall boards.

post there like you do here and in short order there will be ten thousand people logging in hoping to spend some "quality time" with you   .

if you didnt get it, anyone is of course free to write about the game to recommend it, but trying to encourage publicity with false info wouldnt do any good and making a thread to ask the community to "like it" is retarded.

Granted, false information will most likely do more harm than good. Still, making more people aware of the game couldn't hurt in itself. Worst case scenario, they try it out and don't like it. It's open beta, after all.

try it out, don't like it and then tell others it sucks. perfect advertising strat

Even early access games that are playable on Steam Greenlight as nothing more than beta benefit from the exposure to new players. If someone sees a greenlit game in an unfinished state and doesn't like it I think it's fair to say that they won't even when it's finished. However, if they appreciate the basic concept they might commit or at least come back later down the road.

The Dead Linger, for example, is woefully unfinished at the present but people can still try out the beta and see if they like the fundamentals of it. I think the same holds true for this game. Someone that would speak ill of the game in general (not just its stage of development) would probably do so regardless.

This game should not be advertised until both Animal Husbandry and Witchcraft are implemented.
