I'm inclined to side with Ikpeip on that. There would have to be something that would make changes completely incompatible with current existing databases to merit a wipe. The financial downsides would be too much to deal with, otherwise.

On Jamestown this is not really that much of a problem anyway, good defenses will keep anyone out.
