Looking for a town.

I have got back into the game, and i have been raising my biles, they are now around 45/45/45. I want to be a farmer, and maybe dabble in a couple different things like mining or hunting, whatever is needed. I do not have my free port, i have already used it.
I have quite a few skills. All i am really looking for is a active town that will be kind enough to give me a spot in their village and help me with questions i may have, and i in return will help with anything in my power.
