Looking for home or people to build with

Old Vet retruning after 1year break due to glitch in game i lost my char had to make new one.
what i will be focusing on:- hunting when biles are up.
leather working
and trading
may also look for other oppertunitys such as farming or mining depends on what sort of town i get in to.
i dont need to be in town boarders just close to it as i will put my own claim down or i can build outside the town and just build on out side area.
