So I want to build a little settlement and eventually grow it into a town i already have a nice little spot right next to a river with all biomes in general vicinity i highly suggest you have swimming but it is not necessary, preferably getting some different class archetypes would be nice too like gardeners, smiths, so on i currently have a farmer and forager type myself so building stuff is a bit of a pain since my farmer doesnt have cotton quite yet
