Pacific Time Zone LFM

I would like to find some Pacific Time Zone players, or people who play during that time, to group up with. 1 person, but maybe up to 4, would be good to get going, stake a claim and get it growing.
Please PM me and tell me how much you know of Salem and where you feel you are at in terms of understanding how things work. I have no problem helping a new player out, so if you like a small group setting and plan to experience everything the game has to offer, from claim, to town, to raids, and so on, by all means introduce yourself.
I am not one to carelessly join a town, or clan, so I am more interested in partnering with someone with that same mentality. Thanks.
Edit: I am willing to teach complete newbies. So if you have no idea what is going on and are interested enough to read these forums, that is good enough for me to try and make something work. If someone explained things to me the first time I played, I would have been much more inclined to stick around.
