Lost carebear looking for a home

Postby Otis » Sun May 24, 2015 3:48 pm

Seems returning players is a common theme lately. Hard to not restart with Eegore and GamerZakh back in the mix, their new videos got me re-interested. I played back in 2012/13 and left when they destroy purity. I am not into PVP, played more for the crafting and idea of creating something from nothing (i.e. a community/functioning town). Currently wandering and relearning the game, but was hoping to settle down. While I have done the hermit thing before, ideally I would rather not this time, so if anyone has a growing community looking for an active carebear let me know.

In the interests of full disclosure I was with GH in the old days, more a bit player since all I did was mainly crafting. When the tribe destroyed the town I was a hermit for a while and I also never got into the forum side of the game as you can see by my post volume. Been killed and restarted multiple times, but never killed anyone (or even did much combat other than mobs).

So, why would anyone want Otis in his community? Well, despite my past associations, whether you consider them good or bad, I am here to play and would like to contribute. I've never betrayed anyone, its not my thing, but with this game trust is earned not given. I tend to be a very active player (daily PST evenings mostly) and am hoping to find a community with a small open corner I could settle in. Not looking for handouts at all, just an active community to join.

So if anyone is willing PM me and we can talk. Thanks.
Awwww...Care Bears are so cute!!!!

I had an interview with Otis he was very nice and very polite. We chose not to take him as one of our members had history with GH but I would have taken him if it weren't for that.

That is indeed a long time to hold a grudge against a new / returning player for being in a town long ago

Retri/L33LEE/Holylight is confirmed to still be mad.

Otis was one of the guys who didn't pvp or scheme with us. He was a awesome crafter and great dude to hang with. If I had a extra village to place him in I would take Otis in a heartbeat.

Otis if you want to start anything up let me know and I'll hook you up with anything you need.

Haha, hi Otis! I remember you I was in GH around the same time. This is Malcom. I had the SE plot. If I recall you and I were the farmers who had to run away whenever invaders came lol. Fun times.
