Scammer indeed. He DID have a WSS in his inventory, and posted a screenshot of it, but when I pulled out the cash, he just took it and logged off.

He was even willing to flash it in barrel. This guy just made it impossible for any noob to sell a skull without giving the skull first. Well done!

Easiest way to trade safely for both parties is to go trough a trusted merchant.
