You can count how much ore you need for one bar. This bar will cost 1000+ s. But i can buy bars for 500-600s, so what sense to buy ore?

You must be smelting your silver wrong then if you think it takes that much to make a silver bar. I should've known that anyway from your smelting rant when you showed a complete lack of understanding about how smelting really works.
