That is not worth 3000 silver... It isn't worth 500 silver... In fact it is of no value at all. Your better off trying to sell the cart....

Well, nothing there could be worth that much. I think the oven is actually most noteworthy object there but thats just me.

I have 9 ovens at my base... Sorry I just do not see the value in items that cannot be moved and buying a shredded up base that you know someone else knows the location too. If this is worth 3k then my old base is worth 10k...

I thought wrought iron was worth like 500 silver? And wrought iron is used for the oven, so it's value is put in. Plus we have a mine FULL of iron ore and some mysterious abandoned settlement north of this one full of mid-game stuff in cliding basically every workstation in the game.

Also downed the price to 1000.

The value is not put in... It is lost the wrought cant be moved or used for another purpose. And wrought can be found cheaper than 500s. Like I said the best thing you got there is the cart. From your picture the land is not even claimed so anyone can just roll up and take the stuff so I don't think you are going to be able to get anything out of it.
