The only stall in Providence, between two adjacient trees, is a RIPOFF. Selling inspiration refresher with TWO CHARGES ALREADY USED.

Yeah, it's better to buy them directly from someone through the Trade Wind subforum.
If they sneakily sell you depleted products you can leave negative feedback, which people do take seriously.
It seems like the prevailing attitude on here about buying from stalls is to just assume that everything has 1 use left.

If you want put time in leave your sliver at home go town and spam click it. Do that and u can see what ur getting before u buy:)
