[Providence] Mother Lith's "Needful Things" need things!

On this sign is painted in fresh green color "Needful Things".
A white paper is pinned over the sign and in red letter is to read "No Sale!".
If you go closer to the Shop you can hear a lightly sound of chimes and some whispering of undefined voices.
Open the door and take a look into it!

If you go into the little house you will notice a Paper on the Door with big red letter:
"No sale for an undefined time for some weird reasons."
But another fresh paper is also pinned on the door:
"Old Mother Lith need your help!"
Searching for:

You take a look into the little shop, but all you will only see are some empty boxes and racks and a postbox on a table.
Maybe you call out Lith's name, but she seems not to be in the house.
Your only chance to contact her will be to drop a letter into the postbox.
